Proceed to the massage:
1. Walk with the fingertips from the frontal birth to the crown. Perform 3 repetitions.
2. Perform ascending spirals with the thumbs from the neck to the crown. Repeat 3 times.
3. Draw ascending lines with the fingertips from the neck to the crown. Perform 3 repetitions.
