Using Listerine® Cool Mint with a mild flavor 2 times a day fights the germs that cause dental plaque and gingivitis and offers a sensation of fresh breath that lasts. How to use: Use twice a day. Particularly effective when used in the morning and in the evening after brushing. Pour 20 ml (4 teaspoons) into a glass, rinse for 30 seconds and spit it out.
