Sura Vitasan Psyllium Plus Powder 350 g

Psyllium Plus is a food supplement based on Plantago ovata fibre (100% shells). Enriched with hibiscus flowers, liquorice root, it is tevia and clove combined with fructo-oligosaccharides 100% inulin extracted from chicory root). Each service provides 5 g of the powdered mixture.

Recommended dosage: As a food supplement it is recommended to take 2 teaspoons (5 g) once a day. Stir in a glass of juice or water (250 ml) and drink immediately.
