Genmai miso is a delicious flavor made from organic soybeans and unpolished brown rice. Genmai miso fits well in Japanese cuisine, but also in European cuisine. Genmai miso ferments for at least 12 months in 100-year-old cedar barrels under the charismatic hands of our experienced Japanese experts. Genmai miso is ideal as a base for miso soups, fish and meat dishes, sauces and dressings. It is also delicious in combination with legumes or cabbage-like vegetables.
